"Hobbit" fans can secure their place in the long lines that are sure to precede this midnight showing. While the tickets won't make the wait go by faster, it will make sure you have a seat at 12:01 am on December 14th. I just finished ordering mine, I can't wait!
Director Peter Jackson's eagerly awaited "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" (the first of three Hobbit films) go on sale online and in theaters across the country today, Nov. 7th.
I have decided to stick with the traditional 2-D 24fps version. The reason I want to is because I want this film to feel the same as the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I remember seeing them in the theater and am afraid that the High Frame Rate version won't leave me as satisfied as the 2-D version. However, I will see the other versions, but my first impression of the film will be in the classic 2-D 24fps version.
Which version are you going to see? 2-D, 3-D, or High Frame Rate 3-D? Sound off in the comments below.
Here's the second trailer, watch it again and get excited!
